Registration costs includes access to the five live webinar presentations held the week of November 10 and recordings that will be posted to the website after the event.
Individual registration is $35 is payable by check or credit card.
A group registration rate of $25 per person is available for institutions with 4 or more people attending the conference. Group registrations must be paid by check.
Registration for the conference is offered free of charge to all students!
Scholarships to cover the cost of registration are available for individuals or institutions facing financial hardship or for individuals who do not receive professional development funds from their institution. You can apply for a scholarship as part of the registration process.

Payment by Credit Card
Payment by credit card is made via the Miami University Bursar’s office. A $5 processing charge will be assessed in addition to the $35 registration fee, bringing the total amount owed to $40. Credit card payments must be made through the conference website prior to the start of the event.
Paying the registration fee by credit card involves two steps. First, complete and submit the registration form by clicking on the button found above. Second, follow this link to pay for your registration online. Cancellation Policy
As conference programming will be recorded and made available online after, refunds will not be issued if participants are unable to attend any or all of the live webinars.
Refunds will only be considered if the request is received prior to 9am on Monday, November 10, 2025. Please email Carla Myers, the conference coordinator, at myersc2@maimioh.edu with refund requests. The $5 processing charge assessed for the payment of registration via credit card is a convenience fee assessed by the Bursars Office and is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
